Had a blast with friends! Used this lovely spot as our base and explored Waltham Windmill and Cleethorpes Boating Lake. Enjoyed the great views and comfy rooms. The vibe was chill, and the bar had a nice selection. Just a tip, if you're after coffee, stick to tea at breakfast.
Had a bit of trouble with the hairdryer cutting out while I was getting ready. It delayed me, but I managed to make it work later.

Great views and comfy rooms
Had a nice stay for 2 nights. Waking up to birdsong and views of the golf course was just lovely. The room was all I needed and the bar area was really handy. Just a shame the dining options were kinda limited—could have used more food choices. All in all, a good experience!

great views and nearby parks make for perfect city strolls
Our stay was fantastic, especially with a lovely room that had a balcony overlooking the nearby golf course and the fresh, delicious breakfast using local produce to start each day right. As a single traveler, I appreciated the modern interior and the helpful staff, making my experience all the more enjoyable, but the exterior could use a little sprucing up to match the quality inside.
